Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, developmentally aligned care for two boys aged 3 and 7
• Work a rota schedule of 14 days on / 14 days off, live-in during working weeks
• Support daily routines including morning, school, activity, and bedtime schedules
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities, educational play, and outdoor time
• Support emotional development, good manners, and positive behaviour
• Prepare healthy, well-balanced meals and snacks for the children
• Manage school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups
• Accompany the children to extracurricular activities, including tennis and swimming
• Maintain a clean, organised environment within children’s areas
• Support a calm, structured household flow while working collaboratively with parents
• Act as a warm, consistent, and reliable role model within the home
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience working as a professional nanny in private households
• Proven experience caring for children of similar ages
• Warm, patient, nurturing, and highly organised
• Confident managing busy routines and two active children
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to a long-term role
• USA passport holder or Green Card required
• Confident driver with a valid driving licence
Package & Benefits
• Salary: $2,500 gross per week (paid for working weeks only)
