Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, developmentally aligned care for a 3-year-old girl (G3)
• Work a rota schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, 24/14 on-call
• Support a mix of sole and shared charge alongside Mum
• Create fun, educational, age-appropriate activities at home and while travelling
• Support early learning, social skills, and milestone development
• Plan and coordinate outings, playdates, and structured experiences
• Assist with pre-school transition and activity scheduling
• Handle nursery-related duties including simple cooking, laundry, and organising play spaces
• Manage wardrobe organisation and packing for frequent travel
• Support smooth day-to-day flow while working collaboratively with household staff
• Travel with the family for extended periods (rota may shift to 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off during travel)
• Wear provided uniform when required (navy trousers & white polo shirt)
• Provide basic pet care for the family’s small dog
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Previous rota nanny experience required
• Background in formal or fully staffed households
• A childcare degree or equivalent early years qualification is ideal
• Calm, adaptable, patient, and highly organised
• Strong teamwork skills; confident working in structured environments
• Experience supporting toddler development and monitoring milestones
• Creative, proactive, and enjoys planning engaging activities
• Comfortable with frequent and extended international travel
• Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy
• EU passport required
• Full, clean driving licence
Package & Benefits
• Salary: €60,000–€70,000 gross per annum (DOE)
• Rota schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
