Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, developmentally aligned care for a 3-year-old girl
• Deliver engaging early years learning through educational, play-based, and age-appropriate activities
• Support cognitive, emotional, and social development in a nurturing, structured manner
• Plan and lead creative activities, outdoor adventures, and hands-on learning experiences
• Encourage curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning woven naturally into the day
• Maintain a calm, organised routine while working independently
• Support the child’s daily schedule with consistency and positive reinforcement
• Act as a warm, professional role model within the family home
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Qualified Governess or teacher with a strong background in early years education
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar private household or educational role
• Warm, energetic, playful, and creative approach to childcare
• Confident working independently and managing daily routines
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Fluent English speaker
• Confident driver
• Candidates already located in Houston preferred
• Able to start ASAP
Package & Benefits
• Salary: $1,800–$2,000 gross per week
• Live-out position with a private one-bedroom apartment provided
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8 hours per day
