Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care for a toddler
• Support early learning, milestones, and independence through play and daily routines
• Engage in active, hands-on play and outdoor activities, including swimming
• Work collaboratively with Mum, who works from home, alternating between shared care and independent childcare
• Assist with child-related household tasks when Mum is caring for the child
• Maintain a calm, organised environment aligned with the family’s rhythm and lifestyle
• Travel with the family internationally to destinations including Europe, Miami, and Aspen
• Support consistency and routine during travel periods
• Work a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–6:00pm, with occasional weekend support as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experienced professional career nanny with strong toddler experience
• Warm, personable, and genuinely invested in child development
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident working within a family team
• Confident swimmer comfortable caring for a toddler in and around water
• Flexible and happy to travel internationally
• Comfortable relocating internationally
• Able to build a long-term relationship with the family
Package & Benefits
• Salary: $140,000 per annum
