Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children, with primary responsibility for the younger daughter
• Plan and deliver engaging, language-focused indoor and outdoor activities
• Support physical, emotional, and cognitive development aligned with age and milestones
• Encourage creativity and curiosity through play, reading, arts, and exploration
• Accompany the children on walks, educational outings, cultural activities, and excursions
• Support the older child’s English development through structured interaction and joint activities
• Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
• Work collaboratively with parents and alongside the existing Russian nanny within a rota structure
• Act as a positive, enthusiastic role model within the household
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Relevant childcare and/or teaching qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working as a nanny in private households
• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and professional approach
• Confident supporting children of different ages
• Passion for music, arts, or education highly beneficial
• Sporty, flexible, and proactive personality
• Comfortable working within a fully staffed household
• Available to start ASAP
Package & Benefits
• Salary: £1,200–£1,500 per week
• Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 8 hours per day
• Live-out position (no accommodation provided)
