Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide full newborn care including feeding, bathing, sleep routines, and age-appropriate developmental activities
• Support Mom in establishing and maintaining consistent schedules
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the baby
• Run occasional errands (household staff and drivers available as support)
• Collaborate smoothly with a fully staffed household in Morocco and transition to a smaller family home in Dubai
• Live-in role, 6 days per week, approximately 7:00 AM–8:00 PM (10–12 hr days)
• Overnight care is not typically required (newborn is a good sleeper)
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Pediatric nursing background or formal nursing education with proven infant experience
• Fluent English; Russian or French strongly preferred
• Warm, flexible, empathetic, active, and highly adaptable
• Previous newborn nanny or infant-care professional experience
• Confident supporting first-time parents in routines and development
• Up-to-date (or willing to update) CPR/First Aid & vaccinations
• Able to relocate internationally with full relocation support
