Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide calm, consistent companionship and guidance for a 15-year-old
• Support daily routines, structure, and time management
• Assist with homework organisation and academic accountability
• Encourage positive habits, independence, and personal responsibility
• Support emotional regulation and confidence-building in a respectful, age-appropriate manner
• Help establish healthy screen-time balance, particularly around gaming (Roblox & FIFA)
• Engage in shared activities and interests to build trust and rapport
• Promote good manners, communication skills, and self-discipline
• Act as a steady, reliable presence rather than a traditional childcare role
• Work collaboratively with parents to maintain consistency and expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience working as a governess, companion, mentor, or senior nanny
• Confident supporting teenagers in a non-authoritarian, supportive role
• Understanding of ADHD and experience supporting focus, structure, and routines
• Calm, patient, emotionally intelligent, and naturally authoritative
• Strong communication skills with both teens and parents
• Able to set boundaries while remaining warm and approachable
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of family dynamics and privacy
