Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care, supervision, and emotional support for a 9-year-old girl
• Accompany her to and from school, activities, and social engagements
• Assist with homework, school projects, and academic organization
• Oversee all school-related needs (uniforms, supplies, bags, preparation)
• Maintain her bedroom, closet, play areas, and belongings in an orderly, well-presented way
• Manage and coordinate her schedule, outings, playdates, and extracurricular activities
• Liaise with household staff (housekeepers, driver, chef, etc.) to ensure smooth daily routines
• Prepare and organize her packing and personal belongings for frequent international travel
• Support her routine during travel and help maintain structure across time zones
• Uphold privacy, professionalism, and discretion at all time
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Previous experience caring for school-aged children (age 7–12 preferred)
• Confident working in formal, fully staffed households
• Warm, patient, organized, and capable of maintaining structure
• Able to take initiative while respecting household systems and cultural expectations
• Excellent communication skills; confident liaising with multiple staff members
• Strong organizational and planning skills, especially for travel and packing
• Must be able to travel freely in Europe & USA without needing visas
• Calm, polished, and emotionally intelligent demeanor
• Energetic, positive, and supportive of an active lifestyle
• Discreet, respectful of privacy, and professional in all setti
