Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care for two toddler boys
• Engage actively in play-based learning, educational activities, and creative exploration
• Support manners, safety awareness, and age-appropriate boundaries
• Work collaboratively with parents, another ROTA nanny, and household staff
• Support potty training and daily toddler routines
• Maintain a clean, organised environment within children’s areas
• Assist with light child-related household tasks, including keeping the kitchen tidy and putting away groceries
• Be available to tend to the children overnight when on shift, including use of a monitor
• Travel domestically and internationally with the family for up to two weeks at a time when required
• Work a local ROTA schedule covering approximately 26 weeks per year, typically Monday–Friday from 7:30am–5:00pm, with 5 hours on Saturdays and flexibility required during Sunday–Sunday rotational weeks
• Provide care for future children as the family grows
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5+ years’ professional nanny experience
• At least 1 year of prior ROTA experience
• Background in early childhood education or child development (degree required)
• Playful, empathetic, and highly engaged approach
• Confident supporting toddlers and potty training
• Excellent swimmer
• CPR / First Aid certified
• Passport ready
• High-profile household experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and excellent references
• Spanish language skills a plus

• Salary: $125,000 gross per annum
