Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide companionship and structured support for two teenagers (13 & 15)
• Prepare nutritious, family-style meals including breakfast, packed lunches, and dinner
• Create monthly meal plans; manage grocery shopping, inventory, and kitchen organization
• Support daily routines, transitions, and executive-function needs, especially for the older child (on the spectrum)
• Drive children to school, activities, therapy, and appointments (vehicle provided)
• Collaborate with the family assistant and household team to ensure smooth daily flow
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support general household functioning
• Light pet care for one friendly standard poodle
• Occasional domestic travel to Cape Cod and Vermont; optional one-week summer stay in Cape Cod
• Full-time schedule with split shifts; approximately 41–50 hours/week
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Culinary school background or demonstrated professional chef experience
• 5+ years of professional childcare or household experience
• Experience supporting neurodiverse children strongly preferred
• Calm, patient, emotionally intelligent, organized, and proactive
• Thrives in a collaborative, well-staffed household
• Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided during working hours)
• CPR & First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Legal to work in the United States
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
Package & Benefits
• Salary: $100,000–$120,000+ DOE
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week (overtime paid as applicable)
