Full Role & Responsibilities
• Manage the children’s daily routines, ensuring consistency and structure
• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care with a focus on the youngest child
• Promote learning, independence, and confidence through play, games, and interaction
• Prepare healthy, well-balanced meals and snacks for the children
• Support school routines and transitions for the older child
• Work collaboratively with the family’s Governess to ensure both children are meeting developmental goals
• Handle child-related household duties, including tidying play areas and organising children’s items
• Travel internationally with the family as required, providing care and continuity while abroad
• Support a calm, organised household environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Warm, caring, and proactive French-speaking Nanny
• Minimum 3+ years’ professional nanny experience
• Fluent in French and English
• Confident driver
• Comfortable working as part of a childcare team
• Flexible and happy to travel internationally
• EU passport holder (essential)
• Available to start February
Package & Benefits
• Salary: €75,000 gross per annum
• Live-out position with a shared apartment provided close to the family home
• Monday–Friday schedule (flexibility required during travel and occasional weekends)
• 4 weeks’ paid holiday
• Long-term, full-time role within a supportive international household
